Earlier this summer I had the privilege of photographing Jess and Dylan of Sweet Lamb Baking Co. at work in their kitchen in Port Townsend, WA. This is a small operation, they are a well-oiled machine and they work their butts off. The two met while they were both working at Beecher's Cheese in Pike Place Market. (Dylan worked at Mt. Townsend Creamery for several years and also makes tiny clay models of cheese- find him on Etsy at Tiny Cow Creamery!). Jess heads up Sweet Lamb and specializes in homemade croissants and small batches of macarons with seasonal flavors that she switches up every week. If you're ever on the Olympic Peninsula on a Saturday, get over to the farmer's market in Port Townsend and get the goods from these two!
